Description
SVT Associates’ DF Series is ideal for use with materials such as Gallium and Indium. Two Independently controlled filaments, one for the bulk zone and one at the tip, offer the user greater freedom to grow optimal materials. This source is available for mounting on a 4.50″ or larger CF flange. SVT Associates’ effusion cells are thoroughly tested and characterized before shipment.
